Overview
The TME-S4 Series consists of straight-side, four-point transfer presses engineered for transfer-die forming of sheet metal. A very rigid tie-rod frame combined with bearings with minimal clearances limits breakthrough and noise, improving long-term accuracy and extending die life. Slide suspension point centers are positioned very close to the tie-rod centers to provide an optimal structure for multi-process forming, allowing widely spaced left/right suspension points and high-capacity eccentric loading. Integrated dynamic counterbalances reduce vibration and enable stable high-speed production.
