Stamping unit TME-S2 Series

Overview
The TME-S2 presses feature wide suspension point spacing for improved off-center load capability, minimal overall clearance to reduce breakthrough risk, 8-point square slide guides to limit lateral and longitudinal movement, and a tie-rod tightened frame for enhanced rigidity and precision. The frame and manufacturing processes are optimized to handle forming of high-strength materials.

Manufacturing and capabilities
AIDA produces precision components in-house to achieve minimal clearances at critical interfaces. The 8-surface slide guide design and grip-type point design provide high-precision forming and long tool life. The TME-S2 Series is engineered for forming automotive structural panels and transmission parts with consistent repeatability at production scale.
