Description

AIDA’s cold forging technologies play important rolls in the automotive and other industrial fields. The simplified link mechanism of the AIDA CF1 cold forging presses provides higher tonnage capacity compared to conventional toggle or crank type presses. This eliminates the necessity of a larger press. Better material flow, improved part precision, and extended die life are all the results from slower forming speeds. CF1 series provides also the maximum pressure attained at high position of slide stroke, precision forming of parts and long tool life, ample provisions for facilitating production automation and drastically reduced die setting time. Single connection point and long stroke link motion. Simple mechanism with low thrust forces for better forming results. High-level operability and shorter setup times. Capable of a broad range of forming applications including shaft forming and closed die forging.
