Designed to facilitate the opening of sacks containing powders, granules or ground material, manual bag emptying are systems for emptying paper or plastic bags. In the enclosure version, the cutting chamber is completely enclosed and is kept under vacuum by a filter with a fan or by connection to the customer’s vacuum system to prevent the dispersion of material into the air. Manual bag cutters have a robust and compact construction. Manufactured with the options listed below, the stations are suitable for installation in any sector: food, chemical, pharmaceutical. THEY CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH: fluidising system to facilitate emptying the lower hopper; filtration system including pocket filter, counter-current system, extractor; hatch for toxic products with screen and gloves; hand step for ejection of empty bags; empty bag compactor; nozzle for connection to central vacuum. The bag cutters are made of carbon steel, AISI 304, AISI 316; ATEX versions 22 and 21.
