Helione – Axial fans CE marking-compliant. Class F200 (200 °C- 120 min) and F400 (400 °C – 120 min) in accordance with EN 12101-3. Large range for car parks, commercial and industrial premises. Multiple accessories for easier installation. Airflow range up to 70,000 m3/h as standard. Standard range available from Ø 500 to Ø 1250 mm for airflow rate from 5000 to 72,000 m3/h and pressure values from 100 to 500 Pa. 1-speed or 2-speed motor (Dahlander 4/8 pole coupling). Boss-type motor, 4 poles or 4/8 poles, IP55, Isolation Class F as standard. Operating temperature: -20 °C / +50 °C. Fans with multiple aluminium blades, mounted on an aluminium core. Tilt angle determined according to operating point. Each blade is X-rayed prior to assembly to check material quality. Shells formed using a metal plate with curved sides, inserted and drilled for connections, continuous welds and hot-galvanised after production. Short shell as standard / optional long shell. Motor mounting arms hot-galvanised for strong corrosion resistance. Accessories available: protective grilles, flexible sleeves, counter-flanges, square plates for mounting on walls, anti-vibration studs, frame feet, backdraft damper, electrical accessories,…
