A semi-automatic production line, tailor-made for the production of different types of cakes. This line has been designed to handle a medium – high production speed with the possibility of fully automating it in the future. •Plant with ‘U’ shape configuration in order to facilitate loading and unloading of baking pans with just one operator. •Paper cup denester, batter depositor, filling unit, and depanner completely driven by servomotors, for a wide range of products and high accuracy. •Use of rack rotary ovens that require little space and limited investments. •PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipe storing. •Production capacity from 5,.000 to 12,000 pcs/hour according to the product type.
