Description

Overview
Ammann ABA UniBatch batch asphalt-mixing plants are configurable solutions for a wide range of paving projects. Models cover production capacities from 140 to 400 t/h, and are offered in stationary or transferable layouts. The modular architecture enables tailored configurations, high RAP integration and staged upgrades to accommodate future technologies.

Key features
  • Production capacity range: 140 – 400 t/h (model-dependent)
  • Recycling capability: up to 100% RAP with dedicated RAC/RAH systems
  • Plant types: Stationary or Transferable (modular transportable layouts)
  • Dryer drum and burner options across multiple T-series configurations (approx. 10–26 MW depending on model)
  • Filter families: AFA series with model-specific filter surface areas
  • Screening: VA series multi-deck screen options
  • Mixer options: AMIX series with batch capacities matched to model output
  • Digital automation: predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring and process control

Applications & operational benefits
  • Adaptable to small and large infrastructure projects via modular capacity and optional P-variants
  • Supports high recycled content mixes and warm-mix technologies to meet sustainability targets
  • Flexible installation: standalone startup or integration into existing production sites
  • Retrofitability: upgrade available without full replacement
