Product descriptionThe R-102 restaurant fire suppression system uses the ANSULEX Low pH Liquid Agent for rapid flame knockdown, surface cooling and a vapor-securing blanket that reduces re-flash. It is engineered to protect ventilating equipment (hoods, ducts, plenums, filters), auxiliary grease-extraction devices and a range of cooking appliances including fryers, griddles, range tops, broilers, char-broilers and woks. Suitable for commercial kitchens in fast-food chains, food courts, diners, convenience stores, catering operations, mobile food units, hotels, casinos, stadiums, schools and hospitals.
