OverviewThe PIRANHA dual-agent restaurant fire suppression system combines the rapid flame knockdown of a PRX wet chemical agent with the fast cooling action of water. Designed as a pre-engineered solution, it is suited to environments such as casual and fine dining, fast-food chains, culinary schools, sports venues and upscale lodging facilities. The system uses sequential discharge—PRX liquid agent for immediate flame knockdown and securing, followed by water to cool cooking media and reduce reflash risk.
