The Traffic R3 flexible safety barrier is designed to protect people, machinery and industrial infrastructure from collisions involving forklifts and other material handling vehicles. It is particularly suitable for areas with intensive vehicle traffic and a high risk of impact.

Made from durable, flexible polymer, the barrier absorbs impact energy through controlled deflection and returns to its original shape after impact. Traffic R3 is also available in the reinforced HD+ version for applications requiring increased impact resistance.

A single barrier section can be manufactured in lengths from 500 to 2000 mm. Individual sections can be connected to create continuous barrier runs of virtually any length. The modular system can also incorporate corners and changes in direction, making it easy to adapt the protection to the layout of a warehouse, production facility or logistics centre.

Traffic R3 is available with two fixing systems. External fixing is a practical solution suitable for most industrial applications and provides easy access to the mounting points. Internal fixing conceals the fixing elements inside the barrier posts, creating a smooth, easy-to-clean construction. This hygienic design is particularly suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as other environments with strict hygiene requirements.

The barrier is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and can be used to separate vehicle routes, protect machinery, work areas and technical infrastructure, or create continuous protection along high-risk traffic zones.

The performance and impact resistance of Traffic R3 barriers are confirmed by TÜV Rheinland certification, providing independent verification of their safety and durability.
