The Pedestrian R3 flexible safety barrier is designed to create clearly separated pedestrian routes and protect people from vehicle traffic in warehouses, production facilities and logistics centres. Its robust three-profile construction provides effective physical separation between pedestrians and forklifts or other material handling vehicles.

Made from durable, flexible polymer, the barrier absorbs impact energy through controlled deflection and returns to its original shape after impact. Pedestrian R3 is also available in the reinforced HD+ version for areas requiring increased impact resistance.

A single barrier section can be manufactured in lengths from 500 to 1800 mm. Individual sections can be connected to create continuous pedestrian protection systems of virtually any length. The modular construction also allows for corners and changes in direction, making it possible to adapt the barrier system to the layout of pedestrian routes, crossings and work areas.

Pedestrian R3 is available with two fixing systems. External fixing is a practical solution suitable for most industrial applications and provides easy access to the mounting points. Internal fixing conceals the fixing elements inside the posts, creating a smooth and easy-to-clean construction. This hygienic design is particularly suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries and other environments with strict cleanliness requirements.

The barrier can be used indoors and outdoors to separate pedestrian and vehicle traffic, protect walkways and work zones, and create continuous safety routes throughout industrial facilities.
