The Handrail flexible safety barrier is designed to protect people, machinery and industrial infrastructure from collisions involving forklifts and other material handling vehicles. It is particularly suitable for separating traffic routes, protecting workstations and securing areas exposed to frequent vehicle movement.

Made from durable, flexible polymer, the barrier absorbs impact energy through controlled deflection, helping to reduce the forces transferred to the floor and surrounding infrastructure. After impact, the polymer profiles return to their original shape, allowing the barrier to continue providing protection without the permanent deformation typical of traditional steel barriers.

The Handrail combines robust vehicle protection with a handrail-style upper section, making it suitable for applications where both physical protection and clear separation of work or traffic zones are required.

A single barrier section is available in widths from 1000 to 2000 mm. Individual sections can be connected to create continuous barrier runs adapted to the layout of warehouses, production facilities and logistics centres.

The Handrail is suitable for protecting traffic routes, machinery, workstations and other areas where forklifts and pedestrians operate in close proximity.

Its impact resistance and performance are confirmed by TÜV Rheinland certification, providing independent verification of the barrier’s safety and durability.
