Overview
The Apollo Wide Trak Spiral Conveyor is a vertical conveying solution for a wide range of load sizes, designed for continuous high throughput while minimizing floor footprint. It is suited to warehousing, order picking, e-commerce and postal operations.

How it works
The Wide Trak transports items upward or downward using a modular spiral layout that maximizes vertical space. The system can be configured to site constraints and operate clockwise or counter‑clockwise; spiral sections can be specified as reversible.

Characteristics
The conveyor uses a modular design typically driven by a single motor, reducing energy and integration complexity. Slats are manufactured from a nylon composite that requires no lubrication and can be replaced individually without special tools. The slat‑style belt ensures low rolling friction without sliding movements or wear strips. Drive is via a heavy‑duty steel roller chain with low lubrication demand. Slats run on precision steel roller bearings over a polyurethane surface for reliable, low‑maintenance operation.
