Overview
The CH50-87.DIA83 is a sealed aluminium industrial camera enclosure designed to accommodate small industrial cameras with large lenses. It protects camera and lens from mechanical damage, dust, grease, humidity, water and chemical exposure while allowing passive heat dissipation.

IP69 note
This enclosure is derived from CH50 and CH87 models that hold IP69 certification. CH50-87.DIA83 as a standalone product is not yet officially certified.

Passive cooling
Passive cooling reduces internal camera temperature by dissipating heat through the aluminium body. This helps keep the lens cooler and provides secondary thermal protection in demanding industrial environments.

Housing dimensions and camera mount
The rear camera section has an inner diameter of 50 mm and the front lens section an inner diameter of 87 mm. The front visor (usable aperture) is Ø83 mm to minimize vignetting. Length is selectable per order; specify preferred length or camera+lens to define optimal size. Camera mounts to the internal plate with 2 screws (M2 standard, option M3). Standard M2 pitch is 18 mm; for other camera types specify model to prepare correct spacing. Secure fixation under high vibration is achieved by an included expansion piece.
