Visual quality control system AMV-LP-4S

Overview
The AMV-LP-4S inspection station performs continuous visual inspection of long flexible and rigid products (hoses, ropes, cables, pipes, rods). It detects surface defects, reads QR/barcodes and performs OCR at line speeds up to 100 m/min. Designed for inline integration, the system exchanges data with production and enterprise IT, issues alerts and can trigger automatic line stop on critical defects to limit scrap and rework.
