Electro-mechanical damper actuator for Ex-Zone 1 The CL series offers classic drive technology with motor/gear combination and cam mechanism in a classic design. Three series up to 300 Nm in combination with various actuating times open up a wide range of applications for a wide variety of industrial tasks. Of course, the CL series offers not only a robust metal housing, but also all commercially available options, from the additional limit switch to the positioner with load cut-off. Three cable entries M20 x 1.5 allow easy wiring even in the case of high-cross-section leads. The CL series is also available in voltages of 230 V, 115 V, 24 V AC or 24 V DC. A stainless steel split spindle with a dryspin® spindle nut ensures reliable and maintenance-free operation. Due to the high gradient, the required engine speed is significantly reduced in comparison to the classic design, so that the engines run much smoother and quieter. This considerably increases the service life of the motors. Instead of the commercially available castings, Linearis CL uses anodised aluminum machined parts, which are significantly more robust at low weight. The Linearis has been developed by practitioners. Long holes in the brackets allow easy assembly even by only one mechanic. Dirt deposits are prevented by the spindle in the dry run so that large and expensive bellows designs are no longer required. The synchronous motors used in the drive head operate with a purely frequency-dependent positioning time and thus ensure precise control.
