The 15 Tonne Adjustable Single Ram Pit Jack is a fully adjustable pit jack designed for commercial vehicle lifting, featuring a long 750 mm hydraulic stroke and three frame sizes to suit a wide range of pit dimensions.

• Beam: covers pit widths from 750 mm to 1400 mm (select frame size according to pit width).
• Wheels: beam runs on four wheels with needle roller bearings; parallel wheels standard for flat pit edges; tapered wheels available for RSJ supporting rails; spring-loaded wheels optional (retract under load to lock position).
• Power pack: high-output hand pump provides required hydraulic flow.
• Rams: 750 mm stroke, fitted with safety hose burst valve and 90° isolation valve for visual confirmation.
• Warranty & testing: designed and manufactured to Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and BS EN 1494:2001; each unit fully tested, serial-numbered and supplied with a test certificate.
