The 15 Tonne Adjustable Single Ram Pit Jack with Security Struts is UK-made and designed for commercial vehicle lifting in workshop pit environments. It features an air-over-oil hydraulic system, multiple independent safety mechanisms and is supplied with a practical accessory pack as standard.

Product components & design notes

• Beam: covers pit widths from 750 mm to 1400 mm (select frame size to suit application).
• Wheels: four wheels with needle roller bearings for smooth movement; parallel wheels standard for flat pit edges; tapered wheels available for RSJ supporting rails; spring-loaded wheels available on request (retract under load to lock position).
• Power pack: high-output hand/air pump delivering the required flow for the cylinders.
• Rams: chrome-plated rods with advanced seals; cylinder fitted with hose-burst valve and a 90° isolation valve for clear position confirmation.
• Each unit fully tested, serial-numbered and supplied with a test certificate; design and manufacture conform to the Machinery Directive and relevant standards.
