Description

Overview
The AUTOBAG® 650 is a high-speed, wide horizontal bagging and thermal-printing system engineered for reliable, flexible wide-bag packaging. It supports large-area loading and is designed to optimize throughput for ecommerce order fulfillment, short-run and build-on-demand processes while minimizing floor space and simplifying operator use.

Bag size options
Compatible bag widths: 100–400 mm (4–16 in); lengths: 140–900 mm (5.5–35 in) (36 in/914 mm unsupported unsupported for some lengths).

Key capabilities
  • Wide-bag handling for ecommerce, mail-order and bulk product packaging
  • Next-bag-out thermal transfer printing positioned over the next bag to ensure accurate, on-demand labeling
  • Multi-position unwind with tension control for fast, repeatable changeovers
  • AutoTouch™ touchscreen with tutorials, help system, diagnostics and performance monitoring
  • 16 in (400 mm) wide loading area for large or bulk items; optional 45° tilt or horizontal orientation for long/delicate products
  • Configurable left- or right-hand access to HMI, cycle controls, ribbon and bag loading

Features and benefits
  • Next-bag-out printing reduces product queuing and eliminates separate labeling steps
  • Improved sealer area with temperature control and optional seal flatteners for consistent seals
  • Processor-controlled servo motors and ethernet-capable networking for simplified integration
  • Compact footprint with caster and simple height adjustment for operator ergonomics and portability
  • Adjustable pass-through up to 150 mm (6 in) to handle varied product profiles
  • Modular components and dedicated service access for faster maintenance and maximized uptime
  • Optional accessories: infeed funnels, seal flatteners, raised unwind, SimpleCount™ counting, bags-in-a-box adapter

Applications
Designed for ecommerce and mail-order fulfillment, short-run print & pack, build-on-demand and other wide-bag packaging workflows that require printed bags and high throughput.
