Overview
The SEALED AIR® brand Instapak® SpeedyPacker foam-in-bag system delivers on-demand foam-filled bags for quick, cost-effective product protection in high-volume packaging operations. This expanding foam packaging machine features an industrial-grade touchscreen allowing selection of bag size and foam-fill percentage combinations for fast, secure protection. A variety of foam formulations is available to tailor protection while minimizing material use. Each custom-shaped cushion absorbs shocks and vibrations; Instapak® foam efficiency can reduce box size and dimensional weight without sacrificing performance.

Available models: Benchtop and floor models. Film widths: 12 in (30 cm) and 19 in (47 cm). Production: up to 21 12-in bags per minute (50% foam-filled). Machine size (Benchtop): 52 in W × 30 in D × 47 in H (132 cm × 76 cm × 119 cm). Machine size (Floor): 52 in W × 38 in D × 79–103 in H (132 cm × 97 cm × 201–262 cm). Electrical options: 200–240 VAC, Single-Phase, 30 A (NEMA L6-30R) or 380–415 VAC, 3‑Phase, 16 A (CEE 516/6H). Certifications: UL and CE approved. Receptacle types: NEMA L6-30R or CEE 516/6H.

Sustainability and Returns
Instapak® foams incorporate at least 35% sustainable alternative content using the ISCC Plus mass balance approach, enabling reported CO2 footprint reductions of approximately 40–55% versus market-average polyurethane foam (excluding biogenic carbon). Instapak® cushions can be returned at designated locations through the product return program to divert material from landfills.
