The Feeder Spreader unit receives the granola mix from the Elevating Conveyor and distributes the product across the width of the oven. It comprises a hopper and two contra-rotating feed rolls to create a loose sheet of constant thickness that is laid onto the oven band. The unit consists of: A stainless steel receiving hopper An ultrasonic level sensor mounted above the receiving hopper A pair of grooved feed rolls with inverter driven variable speed drive located at the bottom of the hopper. The feed rolls can be set at a gap of 10, 14, 19 or 25mm Stainless steel support frame Stainless steel mesh covers PTFE guides and grease trays Washout tray
