The KAP-HN series was specially developed for reliable long-term operation under the toughest conditions. Its compact horizontal design saves space and ensures safe operation even at extreme tilt angles. Stainless steel coolers, vibration-damping bumpers, and shock-resistant components provide maximum corrosion resistance and operational safety. Plasma-nitrided cylinders, wear-resistant high-tech piston rings, and robust block construction ensure long service life with minimal maintenance - ideal for marine applications and shipboard use. Our compressor blocks are based on decades of experience and development. An efficient air cooling system with large coolers and finned cylinders ensures optimal cooling. Robust industrial roller bearings, pressure lubrication, and fine oil filters minimize wear. Dynamically balanced drive units ensure smooth operation and long maintenance intervals. With two filter housings, an additional oil and water separator, and a pressure-retaining non-return valve, the P 41 DUO filter system ensures reliable breathing air purification. A sealed, type-tested final pressure safety valve guarantees high operational safety. The processable air volume is 2,200 Nm³.
