Description

Stationary 450–680 l/min unit for breathing air applications up to 330 bar Compressors of the KAP-DAH series deliver high filling performance in a compact design - engineered to meet the highest demands in breathing air applications. The KAP-DAH series is designed for maximum independence and high filling performance - perfect for operations in remote regions. A robust diesel engine and premium stainless steel components ensure operational reliability even under extreme envrionmental conditions. The electronic control system continuously monitors all operating parameters. The space-saving horizontal design allows for easy maintenance and is perfectly suited for field use, shipboard installations, or deployment by aid organizations worldwide. Our compressor blocks are based on decades of experience and development. An efficient air cooling system with large coolers and finned cylinders ensures optimal cooling. Robust industrial roller bearings, pressure lubrication, and fine oil filters minimize wear. Dynamically balanced drive units ensure smooth operation and long maintenance intervals. The P 61 filter system with oil and water separator as well as pressure-retaining non-return valve ensures reliable breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021:2014¹ when using original BAUER filter cartridges. A type-tested, sealed final pressure safety valve guarantees high operational safety. The processable air volume is 2,400 m³.
