BPEG is the earliest Chinese iron-core reactors manufacturer, and has accomplished development of serialized products of 34 specifications including resin-cast dry-type iron-core reactors, oil-immersed iron-core shunt reactors, etc. We’re leading in designing methods, manufacturing level, and testing capabilities in this industry. The first 35kV 15000kvar dry-type iron-core shunt reactors with the maximum capacity developed independently by BPEG has passed the product certification of China Electric Power Research Institute. The product is proved to be stable in operation with low noise, and temperature rise is superior to the national standard. According to different insulation methods, iron core reactors are divided into resin-cast dry-type and oil-immersed type. Based on coil arrangements, iron core reactors have two forms of three-phase in a line and three-phase in a triangle. Oil-immersed reactors achieves voltage level of 110kV, while voltage level of resin-cast dry-type reactors is under 35kV. The dry-type iron-core reactor adopts the epoxy cast insulation system with no oil medium. This type of reactors suits indoor transformer substation in cities with their advantages of small vibration during operation, low noise, small size, light weight, and nice appearance. The oil-immersed iron-core reactor has strengths include small size, nice appearance, low loss, economical, no electromagnetic pollution to the surroundings, low noise, low vibration, low temperature rise, great adaptability to surrounds, and suitable for outdoors.
