The DHB-3000A is an automatic electronic testing device. It comes equipped with a portable Brinell hardness measuring system, and adopts a digital pick up camera in order to make clear images. With this device, the indentation diameter and hardness value are calculated with accuracy in real time. Images are also accurately analyzed. Specimens can be measured either individually or as part of a batch. The hardness value exchange includes scales form Vickers, Brinel, Rockwell, etc., and is in accordance with the ASTM/International hardness scale table. This entire system has a compact design that allows for it to be installed and operated without any problems. Hardness indentation and images are shown on a display, and an option is provided for saving and printing out the images.
