WORLDIA has developed PCD/PCBN external turning tool which efficiently cuts the material from different directions and provides fast speed turning, hard material turning, and dry turning. The design of the product can be customized as per requirements relating to size of cutter arbor, rake angle, clearance angle, tool cutting edge angle, tool minor cutting edge angle, nose angle, cutting edge form and the width of the chamfering. It finds excessive application in external turning of copper, aluminum, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, hardened steel, hard cast iron, grey cast iron and iron series metal work pieces, tungsten carbide and nonmetal work pieces such as composite material.
