FS 20 STAINLESS STEEL REPAIR CLAMPS Alternatively TALIS has an extensive range of Stainless Steel Repair Clamps available ranging from DN15 to DN1000. This extensive range consists out of a variety of solutions with various material options for a wide range of applications. For the repair of cracks, fractures or holes in cast iron, ductile iron, steel, PVC, PE-HD and fiber-cement pipes. Made from high quality stainless steel AISI304-A2, additional advantage is a user-friendly, lightweight design for easy and quick installation. In the case of usage on PE-HD pipes, these clamps are intended only for temporary repair and not suitable for underground installation. Temperature range from -30C° to +50C°. Bridgeplate is vulcanized into the rubber gasket, which guarantees a leakproof seal. Bolting and clamp are welded as one single unit, the band is the only moving part. Therefore no need for parts removal during installation, thus avoiding the risk of loosing parts. No sharp edges, ensuring safety during assembly. Standard delivered with EPDM gasket, other materials available on request. Greater working pressures and diameters available on request.
