Product informationThe UltraCam Leak detector LD 510 uses 30 MEMS microphones to calculate and visualise the ultrasound image and converts inaudible ultrasound into audible signals. The device displays a visual marker over leaks in the live image even in noisy production environments. To determine leakage rate the user aims the laser directly at the leak; leak, laser and red circle must overlap in the image. Leakage rate is indicated in l/min or cfm and annual costs are calculated in EUR/year. Distance is measured automatically.
Advantages over classic leak detectors- Visual representation of leaks in the live image, suitable for noisy industrial environments
- Direct leakage rate measurement (l/min or cfm) and precise cost calculation in EUR/year
- Automatic distance measurement for accurate rate calculation
- Auto level function adapts sensitivity to the environment and suppresses ambient noise
- Integrated camera for photographic documentation
