Applicator E475 CS

The Binks® 400 range swiveling applicators are designed to be used for high pressure precision robotic sealant dispensing. The applicators have dedicated swiveling house so they can rotate independently, which is essential to conduct flexible and complex sealing applications. The applicators could have multi nozzles with different angle and spray patterns. Binks® E475 CS is used for cosmetic (hem) sealing which requires high precision and quality. The applicator provides a fixed nozzle, or as an option, with automatic nozzle exchange. Material circulation is integrated, and options include temperature and pressure sensors. Material beads are placed with high accuracy to give a clean look on all exposed areas.
