Safety and warnings

• Portable power strips must not be connected in a chain.
• Do not operate the power strip while covered.
• The sockets of the power strip are only voltage-free when the mains plug is removed. Replace fuses only with the mains plug removed.
• Operate the power strip only in dry, enclosed rooms.
• The power strip may (depending on version) only be connected to a mains socket protected with 16 A, 13 A or 10 A.
• The maximum power (see marking on the power strip) must not be exceeded.
• Avoid operation under adverse environmental conditions (relative humidity over 80%, wetness, ambient temperatures below 0°C or above 35°C, solvents, flammable gases, dust, vapours).
• If the power strip shows visible damage from transport or improper handling, do not put it into operation or immediately take it out of service. If the device no longer functions, stop using it immediately.
• Never pour liquids over the power strip. There is a high risk of fire or lethal electric shock. If this occurs, immediately unplug the power strip and contact a qualified technician.
• Opening the power strip can expose live parts (risk of electric shock). Only a qualified electrician may open the unit after it has been disconnected from mains power.
• Observing these instructions is part of our warranty conditions. Warranty is void if the power strip is opened or otherwise tampered with.
