elution two is a modular, microservice-based software platform for the digital control of workstations in assembly, laboratory and training. The solution is web-based, platform-independent and mobile-ready; it supports digital work instructions, device connectivity and end-to-end documentation of processes.

Modules
  • Assembly: Adaptive digital operator guidance, variant management, peripheral integration (Pick-by-Light, screw systems, scanners), order tracking, stop-&-go function and optional test-process integration.
  • Lab: Ergonomics and device control (tables, lighting, power supply), OPC UA connection of measuring devices, control/parameterization of automated measurement sequences, reproducible test procedures and comprehensive test/measurement documentation.
  • Training: Interactive on-the-job training directly at the workstation, qualification-dependent content, centralized room and device control for training scenarios, limits/locks on input parameters for safety.
