Integrated loading, cutting, grinding, marking and breakout table for flat glass, available with manual or automatic loading/breakout modules and compatible with laminated-glass cutting lines. The 363 BKM is offered in fixed and tilting versions and includes an air cushion with quick closing, belt conveyor, automatic cutting-pressure selection, Shape Scanner + ScanCad, on-machine optimiser and BCMS Windows control.

Cutting bridge

• Structure: Steel cutting bridge mounted crosswise for maximum rigidity and resistance to torsion.
• Drive: Dual brushless motors with gantry transmission for smooth, powerful motion.
• Carriage handling: High-precision, low-noise linear guides, ground and fitted on a machined surface for stable travel.

Carriage and cutting head

• Cut: Motorised cutting head with aluminium-alloy body and rod for cutting tools or plastic cutting. Automatic glass-thickness measurement by linear encoder and automatic loading of cutting parameters from software. Cutting pressure via proportional solenoid valve and glass surface compensation system.
• Safety: Glass presence detector and end-of-rod controlled breakage element, easily replaceable to protect carriage and bridge in case of collision.
• Trolley: Aluminium carriage housing head control electronics, with optical sensor for electronic squaring and automatic shape capture via Shape Scanner.

Bridge Handling

• Guides: High-precision, low-noise bridge sliding guides, ground and installed on a machined bed to ensure straight cuts without adjustment.
• Racks: Ground racks positioned downward to maximize positioning and cutting accuracy while minimizing dirt accumulation.
• Materials: Durable, low-wear components for long-term performance; components are easily accessible for quick maintenance.
