OverviewDA110 is a handheld indicator and amplifier designed as a mobile precision calibration and reference instrument. It combines a sensor interface for strain-gauge full bridges (4-/6-wire, 80–5000 Ω), data logging and configurable measurement workflows in a handheld housing. It supports force and torque sensors as well as industrial load cells for machine calibration, material testing, weighing system verification and asset monitoring.
Main benefits- Universal sensor support: strain-gauge full bridge, force, torque and load cells
- TEDS support for fast sensor identification
- 0.01% full-scale accuracy (4.8 kHz); 0.1% at 19.2 kHz
- Compact handheld reference solution with up to 10 hours battery operation
- 4 GB internal storage and USB-C data export
Key capabilities and workflows- Configurable measurement jobs and six internal parameter sets for repeatable, auditable procedures
- Sampling rates up to 19.2 kHz to capture dynamic force profiles
- Direct sensor connection for immediate, traceable measurement results
Machine calibration (force & torque)The DA110 can be used as a reference measurement chain together with force and torque sensors for calibrating presses, test rigs and assembly systems.
- Force transducers for press and forming force verification
- Torque sensors for screwdriving systems and non-rotating equipment
Weighing & level measurement system solutionsDA110 (NLFT variant not legal for trade) can be combined with load cells to create a mobile reference system to verify and control weighing installations such as silos, tanks and filling/batching systems. Typical tasks include testing individual load cells, verifying summed signals, detecting drift and validating filling/batching processes.
Traceability & reference instrument useDA110 can be calibrated at national accreditation bodies (e.g. DAkkS) to build traceable reference measurement chains suitable for service and high-end reference applications. It supports audit-ready, standards-compliant procedures.
