The dip liquid sampler is a proven device for taking samples of liquids. It is ideal for taking precise samples of all layers and target points in laboratories, industry and agriculture. Made from high-quality polypropylene, it offers excellent chemical resistance and is designed for long-term use with a wide range of liquids. The transparent tube enables direct visual inspection of the sample volume, thereby enhancing safety during sampling. The lower ball valve prevents the sample from spilling accidentally when the sampler is pulled out of the container. The upper stopcock can be used to dose and transfer the sample volume cleanly into sample containers. With a tube diameter of 25 mm, the sampler is compatible with many standard laboratory and analysis containers. Thanks to its immersion depth and overall length, it is ideal for taking samples from drums, tanks, and medium-sized containers. The sampler (item no. 5315-0200) can be continuously extended from 100 cm to 200 cm.

Area of application
The dip liquid sampler is used in laboratories, production plants and quality control departments for sampling liquids. Typical applications include sampling must and wine from barrels or tanks in viticulture, clean reproducible sampling from deeper layers in industrial process monitoring, and sampling in laboratories and agriculture.

Application / Directions

• All-layer sample: 1) Slowly dip the sampler into the liquid with the tap open. 2) Close the tap. 3) Withdraw the sampler and empty the sample via the tap.
• Target point sample / soil sample: 1) Immerse the sampler with the stopcock closed up to the target point or bottom. 2) Open the stopcock - liquid flows in. 3) Close the stopcock. 4) Withdraw the sampler and empty the sample via the stopcock.
