Overview
The B30 is a compact, user-friendly continuous plastering machine for mixing, pumping and spraying ready-mixed dry materials for interior and exterior surfaces. It accepts bag-fed material or automatic silo feed.

Function / purpose
The machine offers an adjustable material flow from 6 to 65 L/min depending on the rotor/stator; it handles cement- and lime-based plasters, gypsum, anhydrite, insulating plasters, façade and reinforcement mortars, jointing mortars, tile adhesives and cement- or anhydrite-based liquid screeds.

Anti-dust device
BUNKER's special anti-dust system, when connected to a standard vacuum cleaner, eliminates dust during sack opening to protect the operator's health.

Accessories
Supplied with: electric compressor 250 L/min, self-priming pump, screw and rotor/stator D6-3, spray nozzle, 2 × 10 m delivery hoses, 2 × 10 m air hoses, 5 m water hose, 25 m power cable, cleaning kit and toolbox. Optional: hopper extension (150 L → 200 L).

Operation details
The feeding wheel fills the mixing chamber with dry premixed material; water is added and the mixture is pumped to the spray lance. The B30 can be disassembled into units and reassembled on-site by a single person without tools, simplifying cleaning and maintenance. The integrated 250 L/min compressor ensures uniform pumping. The electrical control box provides easy control of all pump functions and a power indicator.
