Overview
The S38 is a fully hydraulically driven piston plastering pump designed for pumping and spraying aggregates up to 8 mm. Its powertrain and piston pump design allow high-pressure operation (40–70 bars in typical use) and pumping distances beyond 100 m depending on material and hose diameter. The unit is fitted with a 180 L mixer, a 400 l/min compressor and is available in Diesel (DM) and Electric (EM) versions.

Operation and controls
The S38 uses a piston pump with gravity ball valves and Ø100 mm chrome-coated delivery cylinders for increased durability. Progressive output control adapts pump flow to material consistency. The control panel includes LED indicators and two start buttons for enhanced safety. Engine/motor speed is adjusted via a throttle lever. A low-voltage remote with long cable is available to start and stop the machine from a safe distance.

Durability, maintenance and safety
Hydraulic oil is routed through a heat exchanger to prevent overheating and a large filter protects the hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic mixer features a safety interlock operated by a lever to prevent accidental shaft rotation when the grid is open. The hood is fitted with a gas spring for easy access and internal soundproofing reduces noise for use near sensitive sites (hospitals, schools, residential areas). The machine includes standard safety and emergency stop devices.

Additional components
A powerful vibrator ensures effective sifting to prevent oversized aggregates entering the hopper. A standard lifting hook keeps the unit balanced during lifting operations. The 400 l/min compressor supports consistent spraying performance even at height. Optional accessories expand functionality for specific jobs.
