Main features
The S28 R plastering machine by Bunker Teksped combines fully hydraulic operation with a wear‑resistant screw pump and low loading height for efficient plastering, pumping and injection work on construction sites.

Fully hydraulic
The S28 R uses a complete hydraulic drive to eliminate unnecessary mechanical transmissions, improving command precision, serviceability and noise control.

Screw pump
The screw pump (standard 2L6; bodies 1L6, 2L7, 2L74 on request) is designed for high wear resistance. Hydraulic flow control and reversible pumping allow suction-back to remove blockages. Pumping is interruptible from the nozzle or control panel; the engine then drops to minimum idle to reduce fuel consumption.

Performance and versatility
The machine pumps, sprays and injects a wide range of mortars: traditional interior/exterior plasters, pre-mixed and special plasters, fibre-reinforced mortars, refractory mortars, joint-filling mortars, self-levelling screeds and repair mortars for concrete and masonry.

Controls and safety
All controls are grouped on one side behind a lockable door with LED indicators. The panel includes an hour counter for maintenance. The electric box is protected by a plexiglas screen. A safety valve and interlock stop the mixing blades when the protective grille is opened.

Mixing
Mixing geometry and consistency control are optimised for thorough processing of modern plasters to ensure correct material performance.

Engines and soundproofing
S28 R is available with diesel engines (Kubota D1305 or Lombardini 9LD626/2) or as a 400V electric version. Internal sound-absorbing coating reduces noise to regulatory levels for operation near sensitive sites.

Cleaning and maintenance
A hydraulic pressure washer (operating from the machine circuit) is available for fast cleaning via two couplings. Large drainage, gas‑spring assisted cover and a robust mechanical lock facilitate maintenance and protect components.
