Automatic sheet metal loader

The automatic loading station provides a fully automatic solution to load raw panels into processing machines. It combines an exchangeable A-frame for vertical stacking and a vacuum loader that transfers panels horizontally to the machine, enabling flexible and efficient production flow.

Operation

• Exchangeable A-frame stacks raw panels vertically and secures them with a fixing aid.
• The automatic vacuum loader lifts panels into a horizontal position, travels on a track to the processing machine and transfers panels via electrically driven rollers.
• Modular, controllable vacuum suction cups allow the autoloader to handle different panel sizes for flexible automation.
