The GLP ... F7 – D7 Series features fits between the GLP freewheel (GL with a keyway found on the outer race), the F7 fixing flange and the D7 cover flange. Normally the flanged freewheel is fitted by the customer in the required direction of rotation by using the paper gaskets and screws supplied (without the gaskets, the freewheel can be badly damaged). Shaft tolerances must be either h6 or j6 and the outer race key tolerance H7. The torque forces are transmitted from the shaft to the inner race and from the outer race to the attached part by means of keys. Either grease or oil lubrication must be applied to the freewheels before operation following instructions given on page 12.
