Designed to produce large-diameter, narrow pancakes, directly usable on face mask production machines.

• Centaure : High-capacity slitting and rewinding machine

Engineered for higher speeds and larger roll diameters, ideal for industrial-scale converting.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS & CUTTING SYSTEMS
To match your specific material constraints, our machines can be fitted with up to 2 different cutting systems on the same machine. This modularity allows optimal edge quality for various product ranges :

• Shear cutting (circular knives): Ideal for clean edges on non-wovens and technical textiles.
• Crush cutting: Perfect for fast setups and specific composite or non-woven materials.
• Razor blade cutting: Formidable for film-based or thin thermoplastic layers.
• Thermal cutting (Hot knife): Ideal solution for synthetic materials, allowing to melt and seal the edge simultaneously to eliminate any risk of fraying.
• Ultrasonic Cutting*: Delivers clean, sealed, and fray-free edges without burning or overthickness. Perfect for synthetic textiles and technical non-wovens.
