Product Overview
The Wiper is a sealing and wiping component designed for machine tool protection systems. Standard versions are available in lengths from 500 mm to 1000 mm and combine an aluminum alloy and stainless steel profile frame with a polyurethane elastomer wiper lip.

Product Description
The Wiper prevents metal chips, coolant and contaminants generated during machining from entering protective covers by providing a close-contact sealing surface against machine tool guideways or moving components. Its wear-resistant contact material and self-compensating wiper lip maintain sealing performance over time and reduce leakage.

The series is validated for resistance to high temperature, hydrolysis and chemical corrosion and is suitable for high-speed, high-precision machining environments. Measured running vibration of the protective cover in the laser dry-run test is 2 μm.

Available types and accessories: optional accessory for steel covers, face shields, mini face shields, roll-up covers and other products; available wiper lip materials include PU (polyurethane), NBR (nitrile rubber) and brush.
