1 Product Overview
The Mini Face Shield is a compact, rigid telescopic steel way cover developed for tight installation envelopes of small machining centers, transfer machines and special forming equipment.
Design: multi-section nested telescopic steel structure with an overall downsized profile to minimize compressed size.
Materials: cold-rolled carbon steel (painted) or 201/304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance in humid or cutting-fluid environments.
Mounting: flange-to-flange; wall-side mounting, horizontal or inclined.

4 Product Description
The Mini Face Shield provides rigid protection for guideway components within very limited spaces while supporting high-frequency reciprocating motion. The metal housing resists metal chip impact and blocks chips, coolant and oil from entering guideway areas, reducing wear and corrosion.
The internal guidance and clearance fit are optimized to minimize running friction and impact noise, enabling smooth multi-axis motion without jamming. The construction includes wear-resistant sliders, guide components and wiper sealing elements for reliable high-speed extension and retraction. Maximum travel speed is ≤ 90 m/min and maximum acceleration ≤ 2 g.
