Composition
Planiflon B13 is a superior performance biaxially orientated PTFE sheet material for gaskets with a silica filler.Conforms with FDA21 CFR 177.1550 regulations, Planiflon B13 shows an excellent chemical resistance, low gas permeability, improved creep properties when compared with conventional PTFE gasketing. Is a general purpose grade for sealing applications across the whole pH range. It’s particularly suitable for use with strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid) and alkalis. Other applications include solvents, water, steam and chlorine.
