100% pure expanded PTFE Characteristics Planiflon™ E12 gasket sheets are made of 100% pure multidirectional expanded PTFE, providing exceptional and virtually unlimited chemical resistance. Once installed, gaskets produced from Planiflon™ E12 sheets adapt optimally to the roughness and surface of the flange. During operation, even under high pressure and temperature loads, they maintain high elasticity and moderate creep, ensuring excellent stability and optimal sealing performance, especially in demanding applications with steel flanges and high burst safety. The good resilience of the material offers increased operational safety even under variable operating conditions. Applications Planiflon™ E12 is suitable for industrial applications to obtain PTFE gaskets for general and specific uses. It has the following certifications: FDA TA LUFT
