The PFS 41 ES combined surface/thickness planer is designed for demanding industrial woodworking applications. It incorporates very long ribbed cast-iron surface tables and a large tiltable surface fence that slides on a round steel bar to ensure accurate alignment of long workpieces. The planing unit is fitted with a steel cutterblock with four knives and a quick changeover system for fast conversion between surfacer and thicknesser.
