Passatelli forming machine PS 100 S

A compact machine for making passatelli with a single extruder, equipped with a mechanical movement mechanism which allows a constant extrusion of the passatelli, keeping the final diameter unchanged. Lever system to engage the forward movement, with rack mechanism on the drive shaft. The length of the passatelli is controlled by a potentiometer, which manages a regular movement of the cutting edge. The size changeover is simple and fast; the extruder can be replaced by merely opening a clamp. The machine is supplied complete with two containers for quickly feeding the pasta.
