The Falk Lifelign GP20 Couplings are Double, Single or Rigid engagement insulated couplings used to eliminate the flow of stray current from one shaft to another and to protect sensitive electrical equipment. Not designed for electrical isolation of high current, short circuits or static charges. Insulated couplings consist of standard hubs and sleeves and utilize reduced diameter socket head cap screws. Insulator plates are made of NEMA Grade LE phenolic material with insulator bushings made of NEMA grade G9 phenolic material. Available in 9 sizes ranging from 1025G through 1070G the Lifelign GP20 couplings are engineered to accommodate torque loads up to 1,197,000 (lb-in), shear torques up to 1,260,600 lb-in and shaft diameters up to 14.00 inches.
