Description

Deep freezers – conservers CSCs are conservative deep-freezers designed to receive trays or grids, and store products at -20°C and freeze at -38°C. All CSC models are composed of a CSU-type blast-freezing unit combined with a conservation unit with 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 compartments. Size • CSC 400 (trays or grids, entry direction 400mm): 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 compartments. • CSC 600 (trays or grids, entry direction 600mm): 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 compartments. Design • Food grade PVC outside, stainless steel 304 inside. Technology • SCROLL refrigeration unit. • Insulated panels in polyurethane foam 42kg/m3 • H.T.A. refrigerating unit (High Ambient Temperature, +43°C max.) Content • Grids or trays of size 400×600 mm Their strengths : • Equipped with a SCROLL STREAMLINED and SILENCE refrigerating unit to be connected and only one evaporator on the left: these units can be modulated after installation. • The panels are made of 42kg/m3 high-pressure polyurethane foam, 110 mm thick, with an outer food-safe PVC cladding and an inner 304 stainless steel finish. • H.T.A. refrigerating unit (High Ambient Temperature, +43°C max.)
