1. - Iron core It is made of ultra-thin high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet with full tapered connection of 45°. D shaped yokes are used for upper and lower sides. The joint is formed by a single piece. Its no load loss might be reduced by 5%. It requires small magnetizing current. The iron core is integrated with two-component H epoxy glue. Its noise is 5-1 OdB lower than similar domestic product. 2. - Coil Pie structure is adopted for the coil. It could fully improve the electric field intensity between coil turns and lightning resistance of coils; axial cushion blocks are set to guarantee that the four axial directions are supported reliably. It improves the resistance to sudden short circuit. Meanwhile, the coils are set in reasonable radial directions to guarantee oil circulation and coil cooling and improve the overload capacity of product; in design, unbalanced ampere-turns are corrected to verify radial, axial stress intensity of the conductor and electrodynamic force of short circuit, so as to achieve reliable and feasible batch production. 3. - Summary The 35KV SZ11 product produced by the Company has advanced and scientific design.
