CR2S range two phase SSR is designed for saving space. Two sets of chips in a standard SSR housing; one control input control two main loops to work simultaneously; output with RC surge current protection; plug-in terminals; its semiconductor COMS chip with SCR is anti-parallel welded on the ceramic and copper substrate so as to keep good thermal conductivity.
